Instructions: Immerse the workpiece in the polishing agent or spray it onto the surface. Once the surface oxide layer dissolves, rinse with clean water or wipe it manually before proceeding to the next step. Working Time: 30 seconds to 3 minutes

JC-P043 Environmentally Friendly Copper Anti-tarnish Agent (Copper Protectant)
This environmentally friendly, chromium-free copper anti-tarnish antioxidant treatment agent boasts stable physical and chemical properties. It is non-toxic, odorless, non-volatile, non-deliquescent, non-decomposable, non-subliming, and does not absorb dust or harmful gases such as H2S and SO2. It effectively resists metal attack from humid, hot, salty spray and toxic fungi, and exhibits excellent wettability and high corrosion resistance. This product also offers excellent electrical properties and functions as a dehydrating, anti-tarnish, and anti-rust agent. It is non-corrosive to metals and provides significant corrosion protection against copper, silver, and imitation gold plating, especially against tarnish on copper and imitation gold surfaces.
This product does not contain any of the six hazardous substances specified in the Rolls Directive (cadmium and its compounds, lead and its compounds, mercury and its compounds, hexavalent chromium and its compounds, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers), making it an environmentally friendly product.
It is simple to prepare, and routine management requires simply controlling the pH of the treatment bath. It is easy to operate and maintain.
Process: Polish or clean the workpiece → Shake dry (for complex workpieces) → Treat with JC-P043 copper anti-tarnish (antioxidant) agent → Rinse with running water → Soak in hot water (around 100°C, used to heat the workpiece to allow the moisture to evaporate or dry) → Dry.
Preparation: Mix JC-P043 antioxidant with deionized water (pure water) in a ratio of 1:5-10. This working solution can be passivated at room temperature or heated, but heated use is recommended for higher production efficiency and better results. However, the appropriate heating method should be selected. If using an internal heating system, the heating tube must be copper, or a quartz or polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) heating tube. Other metal heating tubes will alter the properties of the solution and are not recommended.
